Have a look through our three design options to see what design process suits you.
Fill in our stationery enquiry form to receive a quote or to schedule a consultation in person or over the phone.
Once we have spoken via email, phone or in person we will send through a quote via email based upon your chosen design and printing options.
Once we have settled on your final quote details for your stationery you will receive 3 things via email:
1. Our terms and conditions agreement which need to be read, signed and returned to proceed with the design process.
2. An invoice for the design fee, and
3. A link to fill out your stationery wording
We will send you through your initial design concepts or laid out template via PDF for your review. You will have a set number of changes included in your design fee. We ask that you provide any feedback changes in the form of a single concise list, referring to particular concepts by their number or version we have stated in the PDF.
Once a final design has been reached, we will then layout the rest of your stationery pieces to match. When all stationery items have been laid out and there are no further changes, the final design will be sent for final approval along with a link to our Production Authorisation. This will need to be filled out for the production process to begin.
Upon final design approval, all quotation and item details will be confirmed and a 50% deposit invoice will be emailed through.
This deposit must be paid in full prior to production commencement. Once we have received payment, your artwork will be sent off to have letterpress printing plates made. Once plates have arrived back at our studio we will commence printing each sheet one at a time on our antique printing presses.
As all of our inks are mixed by hand, please be aware that there may be slight colour variations between prints.
We letterpress print to a 10-15 working day turn around and digitally (flat) print to 5-10 working days.
Once all of your stationery has been printed and trimmed, we will check each print by hand and carefully package your stationery for you.
If you have selected for us to assemble your stationery, all the embellishments, such as ribbon, you have selected will be assembled prior to us putting all of the invitations in the envelopes for you, so all you have to do is seal the envelope and put them in the mail.
All stationery being posted is packaged with care and delivered via trackable Australia Post or TNT.
Once you have mailed out your invitations and are starting to receive all your RSVP’s we can begin to work with you on any pieces that you may need for your wedding day, such as menus, place cards, church booklets and signage.
We like to commence the layout of these pieces four to six weeks prior to your wedding so we can produce and deliver them the week prior to your wedding date.
