1. Choose all the details under the drop down menus to begin your order. Choose quantity, and customization option.
2. Add to cart. Once you add this item to the cart our Terms & Conditions will pop up, please read carefully before ordering. If you want to purchase other items you may keep adding these items to your cart. You can create a customer account to save the items in your cart for later. Please note that shipping cost is not included in your order and it will be calculated once your project is complete and ready for shipment. See key notes for average shipping cost.
3. Once you check out, someone from our design team will contact you with a form for you to fill out with your customization details. In this form you will be able to send the text for your sets, specify paper color, script styles, type styles etc.
4. Once we receive the form back, we will begin the design process. You will receive a digital proof within 2-3 business days from the moment you submit the form. Your personalized stationery includes 1 digital proof and 1 revision. Additional revisions will have a $35 fee.
5. Once all the revisions are done, we will send you a Final Digital Proof along with a Final Approval Form that needs to be signed to give us the green light to start production. Your order will take 2-3 weeks in production.
6. Your order will then ship via USPS or FedEx. A tracking number will be sent to you so you can keep track of your order.
