Celebrating Mothers Day in Isolation
We know COVID19 is dominating the news everywhere and we really want this to be a corona-free space - somewhere we can draw inspiration, look forward to an onslaught of future events, and stay motivated.
There is no doubt Mothers Day will look different this year, though. We can't fall back on a long lunch and sharing a cocktail or two; we might have to dig a little deeper. They say distance makes the heart grow fonder, and prolonged-time without access to our mums can make us a little nostalgic.
2020 is bringing us back to basics. We're writing letters and sending postcards.
An extravagant gift might seem far-fetched this Mothers Day, but there's nothing stopping you from penning a heartfelt note. Dig into the memory box and draw on happier times; let a few poetic words flow; or let the letterpress do to the talking. (If you need some more inspiration let us know).
